"Hotel is closed (walking distance from the central station if you need to take a train). The staff is helpful. The breakfast is good, but it will be nice to have different daily options. I wanted to take the time to thanked the restaurant staff, specially Wilrmet and the lady they did an amazing job. "

"I loved my stay with Ritz Carlton, albeit short for two nights. Caesar and the front desk were wonderful. Everything in this property is brilliant - breakfast top notch, pool warm and clean, gym with plenty of equipment. Would one hundred percent recommend to anyone considering a visit to Santiago."

"O hotel fica numa região muito privilegiada, tem área de chá e café à vontade para os hóspedes 24h, tem um serviço de quarto com horário determinado, o horário do café da manhã na semana é diferente do final de semana, a qualidade do café da manhã é muito bom Porém o café em si é meio fraco, a garagem é bem apertada e para acessar tem que ser por meio de um elevador de carro. "Maravilhosa! Hotel muito bom. Excelente café da manhã, variedade boa de frutas e um capuccino delicioso. Só acho que devem dar um pouco mais de atenção a limpeza do chão pois as meias ficavam sujas. Perto de metrô, facil deslocamento. Hotel Maravilhoso!!"
