Santa Ana Department Hotels with Swimming Pools

"If you have any issue walking stairs - this won’t be the best place for you to stay. Only two rooms are downstairs and the rest are upstairs. As you can see from the hotel photos, the pool and the dock are down several stairs. I had asked to the hotel ahead of time twice if my room was downstairs as it had to be, since I cannot walk stairs, and there was no response. So when I got there, I was given a room upstairs. From that point, the hotel went above and beyond to help me with all that. They literally had two of the men at the resort, carry me up the stairs in a wheelchair and then back down in the morning."

"Room was spacious and clean, the staff were super nice and helpful, from the doormen, front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. The pool was clean, not crowded and fun for the kids. The Premium Lounge for snacks and refreshments available throughout the day was a nice surprise. Breakfast was good. It’s an older hotel, but generally well maintained, and the location is convenient, across from Bambu City Center mall. The Bambu City Center was also a meeting spot for our tour company, so that was very convenient. We had a great time in El Salvador and enjoyed our stay at the Barceló San Salvador. "

"Nice hotel. But bed linen could’ve been cleaner. A few strands of hair found on bedsheets. Other than that it was great. Especially hotel staff. Super friendly and manager fluent in English "

"Clean room. Stocked. Extra pillow. The breakfast was amazing all types of options. We enjoyed the juices freshly made. The chefs were super nice ask if we wanted an omlette made. Parking was easy . There is a mall entranced right in the hotel . Will definitely stay again, and recommend. "
