"The staff was very friendly and the restaurant and pool areas are beautiful and inviting. The rooms were cleaned daily but the hallway carpets were dirty. Housekeeping did not always replenish cream for coffee or plastic bags for ice. We booked this hotel through Expedia not knowing that it did not include breakfast. When we wanted to purchase breakfast, it was an exorbitant $30 per person for a spread that was not even worth it. Each time anyone took a bottle of water from the front desk, staff ran after you to see what room you were in. The TV was outdated and limited in the way of options (few English channels, no way to project from your cell). The fridge didn’t work. The safe deposit box not reset until we asked staff to do so. For a hotel of this caliber, we were very disappointed with our experience due to the nickel and diming you.
