Only negative being classic Northern European hotel air-conditioning that won’t go below 16 degrees or act as a fan. When the weather is 23 degrees outside with no wind, guests need air conditioning."

"We stayed 7 nights and it was first in this hotel in Bad Gastein. Very professional and helpful staff in reception with good advices on sightseeing, dining and travelling. We were pleased with kitchen facilities, that we used mainly for breakfast and for finishing a day with a glass of wine. The spa was excellent, after 15-20 km hike it was such a pleasure to relax in saunas. The hotel had a transfer that we used upon leaving which was convenient with heavy luggage. "This hotel (and town) exceeded all my expectations! Very friendly and helpful staff, the spa area was clean and lovely, and my room was very comfortable and spacious. And the dinner, oh my goodness. I booked halfboard just to have an easy, simple dinner after a long day of hiking. I was served a full meal in a beautiful restaurant, and everything was delicious. I stayed for one night, but it was a shame to leave, I would have enjoyed staying longer and exploring the area further. "

"Don’t think twice and just book this hotel. The location is wonderful, views beautiful, staff are lovely, food is incredible. One of the best breakfast buffets we have had. We booked half board and the dinner each night was over the top delicious. Kids loved the pools and enjoyed the kids club. Will return!"

"Super hyggeligt hotel, med super søde mennesker. God modtagelse hvor vi blev vist rundt på hotellet. Dejligt udsigt når man lå i den opvarmet pool. Spiste 3 gange på hotellet hvor maden smagte dejligt. Ligger godt hvis man vil ud og vandre i bjergene "
