"Listen the Hyatt Centric Escazu is the best place to stay and if you have never stayed at this hotel before I would encourage you to go and stay. From the time you walk in through the front door to the time you walk out the front doors from your stay it’s just amazing from beginning to end. I can’t thank everyone there enough for all of their hard work and their hospitality and just sheer great great service. If you haven’t had an opportunity to visit, I would definitely recommend that you do."

"At first, the hotel was a bit hard to navigate but once we got the hang of where to go, how the parking and elevators work, etc, the hotel was just fine. We really liked the gym and the pool. The buffet was way overpriced ($25 per person) so we chose a la cart and it was yummy. "

"It was clean, affordable, centrally located, and they are really kind to dogs staying there as well. They brought up a bed, toy, treats, water, and food bowl for our small dog. "

"The hotel is in the middle of a small Mall. So there are plenty of dining opportunities. Hotel is in a safe area of San Jose. Staff is friendly place is clean. I would it rather have a bigger gymnasium but it does have equipment and some weights and it's very clean."
