"Room was very clean and staff did a great job keeping us family all together while we had a family reunion. Typical breakfast. Area was clean and stocked. Hotel was under reconstruction"

"Check in at the hotel was easy and the front desk clerks were really nice. Upon entering the room, we found it very clean and spacious. The a/c was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Now for the bad part: we booked a two night stay. On the day after we got there, we left early to attend an event. When we got back to the room, we found that the beds had not been made, the trash had not been removed and fresh towels had not been provided. Contacting the front desk we were told that...

"There were roaches EVERYWHERE!!!! The original room we were booked in didn’t have a refrigerator, was a smoking room (we booked nonsmoking) smelled like a bar had burn marks everywhere. Talked with front office about getting moved to a different room offered to “upgrade us free” because the fridge rooms were $7 more…. We were moved into ANOTHER smoking room the fridge wasn’t working the microwave looked almost brand new inside and the bathroom was covered in roaches, piss stains, the shower was...

"Room had rosmall bugs and jetted tube was dirty and haf hair in it. Har to cleaj before using it. But oversll everything' was great"
