"Excelente, friendly. I have to give a shout out to housekeeping. They would wait till we were at breakfast, cleaned the room before we returned everyday. Left the safe open a couple times with cash in open. Not smart on my part, but never an issue. Great place"

"Experiência Incrível nesse Hotel muito bem localizado bem no centrinho de SAI. Staff educado com os Hóspedes e sempre prontos a ajudar e dar Informações. Ponto super positivo para essa Propriedade é a disponibilização (24 horas) de água e café para Hóspedes e Visitantes. Pena que não tenha Restaurante, mas para o Café da Manhã, existe uma Cafeteria ao lado do Hotel."

"Hotel com uma equipe ótima bem Atenciosa para chamar táxi e indicações , toalha para praia . O hotel está localizado próximo ao aeroporto porém longe do centro . Quatro maravilhoso , com bastante espaço , cama ótima, decoração linda ! Pontos que poderiam melhorar o café da manhã tem pouca variedade e não pode substituir nada nem repetir . "

"Viajamos a San Andrés en mayo. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de muchos restaurantes, tiendas y de la playa principal. El hotel es bonito, la habitación es amplia,cómoda y pudimos descansar bien después de haber estado todo el día fuera en actividades diversas. Las instalaciones son muy convenientes ya que tiene piscina al aire libre. El desayuno bufette es viariado y rico. El personal en general es muy amable. Volvería sin duda a hospedarme aquí."

"The staff, expecially the restaurant staff, were so good to us. The buffet meals were abundant and excellent. My wife and I were there for New Year 2025 celebration and were blown away by the dinner that was presented. The wait staff and cooks worked until 3am and were back in the restaurant to present breakfast at 6:30am. "

Mismo si esta cerca del aeropuerto no se escucha mucho y de vez en cuando en la manana "
