I asked the front desk lady if there were any rooms available with an ocean view. Her response was very rude, and she simply sent me to a room in the back with a poor view. "La propiedad está en remodelacion, habitaciones muy abandonadas😢, la que nos tocó muy Antigua, no cuenta con secador y el baño está bastante abandonado, el personal muy amable , nos dieron habitación en un 4 piso y el ascensor estaba fuera de servicio . Muy costoso para lo que ofrecen , la cercanía a la playa vale el sacrificio , podrían ofrecer un mejor servicio de desayuno , cuando lo tomamos ya todo lo que ofrecían estaba frío . Tiene potencial espero mejoren pronto ."

"Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid."
