"location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. Scenery was beautiful, management was responsive and helpful. Parking is also scarce. I would book again as a 5:6:7th option for...

"Excellent hospitality. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Food and drinks were amazing. Bartenders showed off their talents!!! The pool was nice. Staff associated with water activities made sure we were safe and informative about the different beaches. We will go back sooner than later!!! "

"Arrived at 10AM for check-in, although Many others were provided rooms before 3pm, we were delayed until 3:30Pm, and then provided a room with single bed, when double beds specifically reserved, and requested at check-in. Waited 3 hours for mattress for sofa to be delivered. Dinner reservations made with front desk, and confirmed. Were actually Not made with the restaurant, and again we waited extended period. Hotel is Nice, service was terrible. "

"Comfy hotel, but needs some updating. Pool was lovely and right at beach which was nice to walk. Check in was odd. You did it yourself. Could have more personal approach, but found that it was now government run so probably not enough staff. Beautiful location makes up for any shortcomings. "

"The pool and ocean view were the highlights of the property. The food was average at best. The location was somewhat isolated, you had to take a cab to go off site to eat other that Mama Mia's which was next door and decent. The front desk and cleaning staff were outstanding. The restaurant and bar staff were not as friendly. We did not do the all-inclusive but did eat at the restaurant a couple times and went to the pool bar a couple times. "This hotel was amazing. Nestled on a hill between two beaches, the setting and views are stunning. We decided to spend all of our time here as we needed to recharge and it was pure paradise. We spend the early day at Jolly Harbour beach and watched the sunset every day at Valley Church beach. The food was amazing. The staff were lovely. They were quick to respond with anything we needed. George was super friendly and helped us on several occasions. Highly recommend this little Paradise. "

"Service needs attention. We had multiple issues during our stay in terms of service. Hotel is understaffed. There is no urgency in addressing requests. We have stayed is 5 star hotels around the world and this hotel is severely lacking in service. The price we paid does not match the experience we had. The beach is beautiful and we loved our beach attendant Daniel who went above and beyond. Chef at wild tamarind is great and food was flavorful. They ran out of towels on the beach, no trash can...

"Truly on the beach. Deckchairs and fresh beach towels any time. Salt plage restaurant does excellent breakfast and dinner and drinks on the beach. Friendly staff. Rooms are functional, comfortable and clean. We had a kitchenette and living room which we worked well for us."

"An awesome experience. Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and very clean. Never a problem having access to food and drink...24/7. Always something to do, and I really enjoyed the included snorkeling excursions (3 per day)....just make sure to book early. Same with the a couple of their higher end restaurants....be sure to make a reservation ASAP. Having said that, we were able to have great dining experiences at the other restaurants with no reservation...
