"Great beach, delicious food"

"Pros: - We loved the pool and the beach - Some of the cooks were very nice - The food was great - Room cleaning every day - The place was overall clean - The band on the last night was amazing Cons: - The attitude from some of the staff was just terrible. The towel person and the guy in charge of excursions were very unnecessarily rude. The guy in charge of excursions started making such rude remarks just because we said we will think about it and get back to him. These 2 interactions...

"The Royalton CHIC is a stunning resort, however there is room for improvement. The check in and check out staff were abrupt and not at all what would be expected of a Front of Service. I felt rushed at check in and 3 inexperienced young ladies were all speaking at once. No real happy friendly hello. On check out staff member was abrupt and again not what would be expected of a 5 star hotel. The unsung heroes were the cleaners, maintenance staff and gardeners. They kept the Resort immaculate....

"Ocean Point Very pleasant staff. Everyone was very nice. 1-water was way too hot in our room. To wash my hair I had to use the lobby shower. After a day in the sun, showering in the room was just painful. 2-no iron in-room. You must go to iron room (sweat box) or request ironing service the day before. 3-food is very limited. I tried ordering eggs with my Caribbean breakfast option and was told it was just “not something they can do”. 1 egg!!! 4-while the site indicates : no elevator...

"Great resort for our older family. Very quiet, but with everything you need. Pool areas were great, but having access to Prickly Pear island really made this place standout. We did some off resort adventures, but our best days were on Prickly Pear and hanging by the pool. We had a 4 bedroom unit and it was perfect. Would stay here again if coming to Antigua. "

"Nice facility. Polite & accommodating staff. Very curious that the bars did have ingredients for standard drinks and drinks offered on their menus. Wi-Fi was off and on for our 9 days."

"Clean, updated 1 bedroom was perfect. Although it was booked as a studio the bedroom was separate by a sliding door which was nice. Patio was huge & had an amazing view of Dickinson Bay. I would definitely return."

"Everything was outstanding…property was beautiful and well maintained, staff were all very friendly and helpful ( special shout to Tiquesha the concierge who helped us plan all our dinner reservations and chartered snorkeling/boat trip). Beach and pools were spectacular and the restaurants had great food and selections. Will definitely be back again!"

"Location was good, rooms were clean and well equipped. The only problem was our flight was delayed 4 hours and they charged us $100 US to stay past our check out time which seemed a bit much."

"The staff were lovely, and the property itself is in a great position overlooking the ocean. It was so nice having our breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool to the ocean, with pelicans flying by & rays jumping! Our room was very spacious, although there were no windows, so not the ocean view we were expecting.. Several very handy restaurants just over the road meant we did not need to drive in the evenings. "

"Nestled into a quiet part of the country and good views of the sea. Room was nice and spacious, albeit a bit antiquated. Limited dining options next to the hotel so plan ahead. Kitchen requires you to plan a bit ahead for dinner, especially if its going to be late. I drove to the place so it was OK to get to and from the hotel but I can imagine would be difficult witha taxi. Staff was nice and accomodating."
