"On arrival, I was told they had no reservation for me, were not expecting any arrivals that day and that they did not deal with Hotels.com. It took several hours to sort things out and, even then, they insisted I change apartments the following day to an inferior one. "Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries. Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items. Nice balcony surrounded by trees.
