"The staff! Absolutely wonderful!!! This is a great hotel owned and ran by Jamaicans. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. Always attentive, smiling, and helpful. The place was spotless! Incredible views, fantastic food, live music, and great drinks. The S hotel has all this and more but the staff was the highlight! I made sure to tip the staff although it's all inclusive. They are so great I wouldn't feel right not giving a little extra. This was my wife and I 22nd...

"One of the pools is under construction which I understand has to happen at some point. The construction work takes place most of the day. Other than that the staff is incredible and super friendly. "The room looked clean but it felt dusty and dirty at the same time, the TV was full of stains. The only 3 staff that was friendly were the bartenders (raymond and andre) and one server (clayton) The food was good for the price, could be better. The outdoor pool looked clean but I was uncertain due to the cleanliness of my room. My air conditioner wasn't working, I reported it but nothing was done. Overall being in the hospitality industry myself, i did not enjoy my experience at the sea garden...
