"I stayed at El Greco in February of 2020 hotel was booked through Expedia.com location was great I was able to move around locally my biggest problem is El Greco still did not refund my Deposit that I should have receive at the end of my stay providing there was no issues regarding the property . El Greco please do the right thing send my refund."

"The room was okay great customer service. I stayed there during Melissa. I when there on a Monday then everything went downhill cause of Melissa. The building suffered damages and needs to be repaired "

"I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent reservation. Upon arrival, I discovered the property I booked was overbooked. I was then sent to a different property that was far below the standard of what I had originally paid for. Due to the unacceptable conditions, I chose to check out early and did not stay.
Despite these circumstances — which were entirely out of my control — I have been informed that I am not eligible for a refund. This is unacceptable....
