"Great place to stay if you want to get a true feel for the culture. Excellent beach that felt private. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They made sure we had what we needed for the villa to include cleaning, towels, etc. Staying out of season was challenging in that the available markets/grocery was limited so buying needed groceries to use with the unit kitchen was impossible for many items. "My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Great location in Black River on the beach. The place was easy to find, safe, and clean. The beds were very comfy, cool AC, and had great wifi. I highly recommend staying here and will stay again in the future. "

"Kudehya is why people wish to visit TBeach. Daily water & coffee could be supplemented with light breakfast of fruit, cereal & toast. I should have requested tea bags instead of coffee.We could walk to next door property for meals but lingering on Kudehya 's property in the mornings would have been lovely... the we maintained garden the spashing of waves & inviting breeze..just delightful! Outdoor shower very nice too but water is available too!"

"Only A frame I know of in Jamaica! Kind of like staying in a tiny house.Hot plate worked well just needed a larger skillet for cooking a meal. Microwave didnt work well. Other appliances all worked well & put to use. Plunge pool refreshingly welcomed. Morning views to the Great pond with sunshine reflections awesone. Night view of Lovers Leap Lighthouse also spectacular. Then the night star filled sky. No other people on the lane but owner very aware of goings on so security definitely there....

"The sat nav directions took us to a field a couple of.mikes away from the property, called thenumber, took a few tries to get an answer, then due to misunderstanding, was given dirctions for coming in the opposite direction that we were.heading, took a few phone calls and a few wrong turns till we got there. The lady on arrival was really helpful. Had choice of 2 cabins. Lovely, vlean and huge bed. Take.mosquito spay though as right next to the water. The view was amazing of the pond....

"The property was very deserted and spooky. The rooms are quite outdated and needs a ton of upgrades."

"Location was OK, but not as pictured. Hotels.com scammed us. When we arrived the owner had not been told to expect us. He did not have availability for the length of stay we paid Hotels.com for, nor had he received notice of funds paid online. We had to pay cash for one night and then leave in the morning to find other accommodations because he was sold out for the remaining nights. Hotels.com has to refund the money I sent to them."
