"The overall property was great, including the staff (superb). The problem was the hot water was broken, and unless you asked, no one was going to say anything. As a paying customer, the staff should’ve been calling each and every occupant to let them know what was going on two out of my three nights or without hot water without any kind of a follow-up. "

"I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. I stayed one night. The TV never worked even though someone came to "fix" it. It worked for 10 minutes. :( Also, the pic of the pool is deceiving. It's a wading pool right in the middle of the dining and bar space - super weird. The hot breakfast saved the day, which was delicious and the server was friendly and courteous. Definitely not worth the price. "

"The hotel is located close to constant spring Ave where all the restaurants and live action is. The hotel and staff were absolutely lovely. Breakfast was excellent. No excessive noise and surrounding were safe for walking to the grocery store, a 20 min walk. I enjoyedy stay at the Hotel Four Seasons."

"The property grounds are absolutely beautiful . The building is immaculate, dining area is warm, homely and fine dining with delicious food. We certainly felt the Jamaican culture at this hotel. Rooms are luxurious as well. Very respectful staff. "

"Property needs to be updated. Old fixtures and would do good with some painting. Staff is ok - polite , nothing to rave about. Restaurant is good- breakfast was interesting they count how many pieces of food is on the plate and for some reason the food is always cold even though you just place the order. Need also better lighting in rooms especially bathroom."

"We travelled as two couples & were lucky enough to stay in the King Rooms, following an upgrade! Which we greatly appreciated. Our third time here and we never regret booking. The staff are amazing the rooms were spotless (albeit a few mosquitoes arrived, but were soon dealt with once reported). They are renovating parts of the property, but no noise or inconvenience. The management, with Katherine, executive Sous Chef, Yvonne (and others whose names we cannot remember), went out of their way...

"Really enjoyed this cute property. Was looking for a nice safe accommodation for one night to be closer to airport and the price was right. The staff who greeted us was so delightful and fixed an issue right away. We were able to walk next door to grab coffee & breakfast so that was an added bonus for the value priced clean accommodations "
