"This is truly a family-friendly resort. The staff members are very welcoming, attentive, patient, and kind. The grounds of this beachfront property are beautiful. The suites are spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious and the chef considered my dietary restrictions. Every meal was a treat. I wasn't expecting a Thanksgiving Day dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The food, music, decor, and family atmosphere at the Thanksgiving Day dinner were wonderful. There are daily activities...

"The room was clean. Only 2 towels. No wash clothes or hand towels or bath mat. There was no hot water for showers. Only luke warm water. The hair dryer didn't work and we had to ask twice to get a hair dryer sent to the room. Also had to ask twice for wash clothes. The breakfast was very good and the staff was always kind and pleasant. The beach bar and the staff there was great. I've stayed there many times before and this was not the same as what we've come to expect. "

"One of my favourite places to stay in ocho. The junior suites are beautiful and such a great price. The pool and the bar is fantastic as well. The staff are amazing! The only negative thing is ladies don’t use a facecloth to remove your makeup it will cost you $60 American off the deposit for one facecloth…. Other then that great hotel"

"Basic hotel with clean facilities. Exceptional kitchen staff Tishoy and Chante' were excellent, very receptive, service with a smile. Stayed two nights needed to be in Icho for a budget price and this was just perfect 👌 "

"Omg book this resort now. By far the best vacation ever!! The manager Omar was very friendly and wonderful. The entire staff make you feel very relaxed and welcome. Our butler Anthony and Robert wow amazing!!! Anthony always went above and beyond and was just pleasant. If you are looking for 5star service and a very relaxing vacation don’t search any further. Best part is they have a shuttle that goes to the other sandles property so you will never get bored."
