"I booked this place, when i got there the security was very rude and said everyone hlleft for the day and they weren't expecting anyone. So therefore i was unable to spend the night. I contacted hotels.com and got disconnected and they never reached backed to me. So basically i got scammed. I meet another guest there said the booked using this site and they never got a room either. "

When we got to the property, the security had no record of the booking and we did not receive the apartment phase number we would be staying.
