"I stay here annually for a local event, and this hotel is a great and affordable place to stay. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There's a pool, and on site parking is free. The location is far enough from downtown Frankenmuth and Bronner's that you will need a car to visit. Otherwise, there really isn't anything close to the hotel, unless you want to make a treacherous trip across the overpass to get to a couple restaurants, which is doable if you don't have a...

"The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I booked in advance a few hours before and had paid with my debit card and when I got there they didn't have the 2 bed Queen room I originally had paid for all they had was a King hot tub suite. Before I could even say or ask anything the gentleman at the front desk apologized for the inconvenience and gave me the upgraded more expensive room for the same price. "The staff were very kind throughout my short stay. The rooms were clean. The waffle maker has both strawberry and vanilla flavors which is very nice! There’s also a few restaurant options if you miss breakfast (6a-10a). Exiting the hotel is a bit tricky, but the people of Bay City are very sweet. 10/10 "
