"Great stay. Spa is amazing"

"The hotel is beautiful, cozy, and in a great location, close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"I loved the fact that the property had a very colonial feel/sight to it. The property was within walking distance of the famous Arch, City Center, and restaurants. The area was quite safe, and guests really got a feel for what it must have felt like to live there during the Spanish invasion of Guatemala. "

"Everything is Amazing at Encantada"

"La persona que atiende muy amable es una señora comprometida en su trabajo, se nota que siempre esta dando la milla extra."

"It was walking distance to the main center of town. Employees were very nice loved it "

"Delicious breakfast, nive place, close to everything, I really enjoyed staying there"

"For $50 in Antigua, you should get a hotel with clean towels daily, the bathroom trashcan emptied and, at least, coffee in the morning. There was no "café" as the name indicated, although breakfast was supposedly included. There was never any breakfast served. It was on a very noisy street, not very clean and not worth $50! It's really only an over-priced hostel. We were very disappointed and moved to another hotel."

"Beautiful hotel, excellent location and amazing breakfast. "

"This hotel is incredible. If we ever go back to Antigua, we will stay here again! The staff go above and beyond to make your stay what you want it to be."
