"Always enjoy my stay. The property isn’t fancy or upscale, and it could use some upgrades, but it could be a whole lot worse. However, the staff has always been very nice to me and my family when we come into town. If there’s an issue, the staff member always tries, accommodate our needs. basically it does what we need it to do for the few days in town. Love and appreciate the hospitality!"

"Laid back atmosphere.Quiet and waterfront."

"Very spacious and comfortable. Two and a half bathrooms is a plus. Great kitchen and barbecue area."

"We were there for some fishing at Sam Rayburn. The house was amazing and very clean. The showers were hot and the beds made me sleep like a baby. "

"The was no water near the location. The beds were uncomfortable and no blankets we had to go buy blankets. There was no way to get on the wifi. "

"One bedroom king suite was perfect for our 30 year anniversary. There is plenty to do and explore in the area and the food was good, especially the chicken quesadilla. The check in was great and the staff was very nice and helpful. "

"Me and my two brothers enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone but probably not more than three people. It is tiny but in a great location and the people who are taking care of it are excellent."
