Cari Hotel di Rutland

"We stayed 2 nights with our dog during a tour of the Rutland area and further afield. We were really impressed by the hotel - great location, friendly and helpful staff, lovely walks locally, well maintained facilities, lots of spaces for chilling out, lovely food and welcoming of our dog in all locations. We had a lovely stay and this hotel is high on our list for a return, perhaps without our dog so we can use the spa facilities! The only slight negatives were that the room looked a little...

"Very quaint pub ,excellent food ,well situated for exploring the surrounding countryside. The shower in our room didn’t work (it wasn’t fixed while we were there )and bathroom couldn’t be heated !! Otherwise all good ,"

"The room was on the small side and needs redecorating as its old and tired. Landlord very helpful with a complementary glass of wine. Parking was great and in a brilliant location only 5 mins walk into the centre. Plenty tea and coffee and breakfast items in the fridge. If the room was a bit more upto date and brighter then it would have been perfect."

"Very good"

"Parking not at all adequate. I had very little contact with staff. Room was cramped, should have been just a single room."

"Great stay with large room easy parking and very good restaurant, excellent value for money"

"Non-contact hotel offering good facilities for stay in Oakham. Comfy bed, very nice washroom and basic appliances. Good value for money"

"Nice pub and garden, great stay."

"We enjoyed a lovely stay in a historic building/room with a delicious breakfast."
