"The property might be rated three star but the staff are rated five star in our mind. They were polite, attentive, efficient and engaging when spoken to. The hotel and the whole of Rutland we found to be really helpful and polite. It`s the way Norfolk used to be but is sadly lacking in a lot of establishments these days. Nice to see that hospitality is still alive and well in Rutland and surrounding areas, The hotel is looking a little tired but didn`t spoil our stay any way, shape or form....
