"The kettle in the room hadn't been tested since 2017. The noise from room above was awful, needs major soundproofing and when the people upstairs took a shower water started coming through the ceiling. I called the owner to let him know after we left and he just said "thanks for letting me know" didn't ask if our stay was ok or anything else. "
