"Staff did not maintain breakfast area as they were slow to refill food options and during our multiple days of our stay they did not have any coffee — pots were empty — and staff had no urgency to refill the pots. Had to go elsewhere for food and coffee. Room had very worn and dirty carpet — needs to be replaced."

"This motel was awful. I have never stayed ina place so terrible. First when we walked in, it was pitch black and we had to scramble around in the dark to find a light to turn on (the one by the door was broken). We later found out that the one by the bathroom mirror was also broken. Sooooo many things in the room were very rusty like the tub, the iron, and the sink, The toilet seat was messed up and very rough and actually cut my leg. The ironing board was all ripped up and gross, the sheets...

"My husband and I had a great stay at the the Microtel hotel in Opelika. The front desk staff was courteous and efficient. The room was clean and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was better than most of the complimentary breakfasts offered by hotels. All for a good price. We will definitely be back!"

"The Quality Inn is convenient to restaurants, shopping and highway 431. Located on Lake Eufaula the view is scenic. The daily breakfast was good and a great bonus. The air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable. I will stay again!"

"The staff was friendly at the front desk and the housekeepers were nice. However, the room was in poor condition. The mirror was cracked, the lamp shades were very dirty, and the entire room smelled terrible, almost like mold or mildew. It was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep there. I was in town for a funeral and this was the only hotel that wasn’t charging over $1000 for the weekend due to Auburn University’s homecoming weekend."

"Fairly priced and clean. Mostly smiles all around from the hotel team. BUT *giggle* Front desk attendant on day one was quite unique and lacked basic professionalism and manners. I didn’t have any special requests at all, but she made me feel like I was a bother and said some rude things… as she cussed at the football game. lol All I could do was giggle a bit. It wasn’t like I was going to have to deal with her again. But it made me sad that the simple interaction could bring down the business."
