"Excellent location right on the lake with gorgeous views and an easy walk into Annecy’s Old Town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Be sure to take advantage of the indoor pool experience. Our only disappointment was the service at La Table, where we ate twice. The restaurant and bar seemed understaffed, resulting in very slow service for both food and drinks. The staff were pleasant, but appeared stretched too thin. We did not try the other on-site restaurants."

"The proximity to the train/bus station and the old town, as well as the lake was super helpful! Everything was within walking distance! We did have some issues with housekeeping the first week. If we didn’t ask for it, the housekeeper wouldn’t clean our room! The second week it was much better. The reception staff were very sweet and helpful and kept apologizing for the inconveniences we suffered. "The property has amazing views and the standard of the service and friendliness from the staff is absolutely excellent. There is one on-site restaurant however be sure to make reservations in advance both for lunch and dinner if planning on eating there (the staff will also remind you of this). "Dit hotel kan je beter overslaan, tenzij je het voor 1 nacht boekt. Je betaalt de hoofdprijs voor een matige kamer waarbij de verlichting wel noodverlichting lijkt. Bij aankomst hadden we een kleine kamer waarbij de wc-bril helemaal loszat. Na een klacht hierover kregen we een andere kamer (invalidenkamer) waar ook bleek dat de bril niet top was, de wc naar camembert rook en de douchedeuren niet dicht konden waardoor de badkamer overstroomde. We zouden weer van kamer moeten wisselen ivm...
