"Hotel is in a great location, central to the old town and within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and cafes and the bus stop for the Express 100 bus to/from the airport. Hotel is modern and clean and staff are lovely. Amenities are minimal for a high end hotel (ie kettle but no coffee machine, shop in lobby rather than stocked mini bar, vanity kits in bathroom on request only) but it had everything you need and is great for a short stay."

"Das Hotel scheint gerade frisch saniert worden zu sein. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Im Stadtzentrum gelegen lassen sich alle Erkundungen gut zu Fuß erledigen. Vom Flughafen (OTP) haben wir einen Uber genommen (15-20€). Taxi kostet ähnlich, nimmt aber nur Bargeld. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot eine große Auswahl. "

"The Hotel looks good, staff are helpful and it's in a very good location. I stayed in an executive room with lounge access for a week. I was disappointed by the hotel not providing a free bottle of water each night, as all other hotels I've stayed at offer this, you'll get one bottle per stay. The only other complaint was that I got eaten by bed bugs. The Spa is run by another company, steam room was warm but no steam. To use the swimming pool you must bring a swimming cap or buy one of...

"The room was ok the beds were ok and comfortable. The beds were made but the sheet did not get changed after the first night. The bathroom towels were small they could have provided at least a bath sheet size as an option. No access to kettle or even hot drinks by the hotel. This was very difficult for me as I am used to having hot drinks and it was very cold outside. The shower panels were missing from the shower cubicle. I would have preferred a continental breakfast option with more...
