"My family and I stay at the Days Inn Balzac about 2-3 times per year. The staff is very nice, kind, sweet, caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. My kids, husband and I love swimming in the pool, and going down the water slide. The hot tub is a bonus for relaxing. "Email sent after I requested info on checkin saying we were on our way-telling us we needed to bring towels. Someone working on shower when we arrived and did not get it fixed. Not enough amenities for number of people it says accommodates. Photos online must have been taken a few years ago-interior is well used."

"A lovely hotel. Would be great for a longer term stay, but was fantastic for an evening before a long drive home. Kitchenette was very useful, bathrooms are clean and spacious, lots of storage space in the room. Would absolutely return to this property the next time I’m in Calgary!"
