"The room was clean but it shows the age, no service room for cleaning take effect while we there. Service is good when requested. The entrance to the place is really hard as you need to walk on/climb a mountain then a long stairs. The place view is very good and people are nice. They have staff talking in English, Arabic, and Turkish."

"Great and friendly staff, great view and fresh breakfast, no elevator though, but fantastic experience, I highly recommend it and would definitely go again."

"All was great as expected , i visit this hotel since 2019 and all are good"

"Just a few footsteps away from the rush and hustle of Ayder’s main street is a quiet, rustic oasis of peace, with a kind hostess who will cook you a homemade meal and offers clean wooden rooms while going out of her way to provide every assistance."

"After completing the reservation via expedia and receiving the comfirmation letter. The hotel didn’t let me stay there"

"Nice hotel in general but they need more experience. They don't clean the room unless you ask for it. They gave us smaller room than that I book until I discuss with them this issue then they change it in the next day. Some of the staff are helpfull and the others not. The rooms are very small (smaller than they write in Expedia). The location and view is very nice. They have beside activities like rafting and zip line."

"nice hotel yet needs to improve more in some aspects location of the hotel amazing for relaxing "

"buffet can be better "
