"Lagoon Attitude was an exceptional stay\. We spent eight days here and couldn’t believe it was a four\-star hotel\. We’ve stayed in five\-star hotels that didn’t match its service, attention to detail or luxury\.
Our ground\-floor room was spotless, beautifully designed and had a gorgeous sea view overlooking the boathouse\. The hammock was a lovely touch, and I recommend requesting a ground\-floor room\.
Special thanks to Kaveesh, the manager, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay\.
The food was outstanding\. Highlights included the parrotfish at Coral, tempura prawns at Lemongrass and chicken at Kot Nou\. The Taba J food carts were fantastic, while Benitier offered plenty of choice, excellent quality and occasional live music\.
The staff were wonderful\. Thank you to Hanna at Seabreeze Bar, Neel at Wave Bar and the entire Taba J team for making us feel so welcome\.
We loved the hotel’s commitment to sustainability, including water refill stations, reef\-friendly sunscreen, reduced single\-use plastic and excellent vegetarian and vegan choices\. The boathouse offers snorkelling, glass\-bottom boat trips, kayaks, pedalos, windsurfing and paddleboarding, so book activities early\.
The lagoon is beautiful, warm and calm\. The Marine Discovery Centre is well worth visiting, and the three resort areas offer something for everyone\. The Mauritian Gala Night was a highlight\."
