"Nonostante un contrattempo con la camera il personale ha trovato immediatamente un alternativa. Comunque servizio e tutto eccellente. Hanno anche una convenzione con un parcheggio a 300 metri...perciò nessun problema anche per l'auto. Molto bravi. Posto molto buono"

"Das Hotel liegt am Ortseingang zu Gemmano. Einfahrt direkt hinter einer Kurve; kein Problem, wenn man es weiß. Personal sehr freundlich, spricht auch englisch (gut, wenn das eigene italienisch nicht soo gut ist). Und ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Auto und die Chefin hatte uns gleich rührend unterstützt und rumtelefoniert. Dass sie uns nicht helfen konnte lag dann eher daran, dass Samstag und kaum jemand erreichbar war, hier insbesondere Ford. Letztlich rettete...

"Das Hotel war super! Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Auch das Empfangspersonal war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß, wurde täglich gereinigt und es gab kostenloses Wasser. Alles war rundum super! "
