"Yes the breakfast was good the amenities on property was not good the water is dirty it makes you itch and it’s so much chlorine in the water it gives you a headache and burns your skin and eyes I checked out a day early the theme is cute but the property needs a lil more work "

"They advertise a business center, they do not have one. There is only 1 vending machine at the hotel, AND IT WAS OUT OF ORDER. My room did not lock, was shown to hotel employee, they were not concerned. Staff was very rude"

"The room was nice and breakfast was good, but when we went to go to the pool, it was down. The front desk said it would be closed for the duration of our stay and that there was no chlorine. We traveled with 7 children and chose this hotel with the pool for a reason. We were very disappointed, especially because a lack of chlorine in the pool is completely preventable. No communication at check in regarding the pool. It felt dishonest. "
