"Room was clean, beds were suitable for overnight but not comfortable enough for a long stay. A definite plus when traveling was the refrigerator and microwave in the room. Having to drive to a separate building after check in and walk upstairs outside the building was inconvenient. Probably would not have booked this had I known stairs were involved due to having COPD. "

"Just a couple bars of soap. I cleaned the AC vent to get my AC to work correctly. But the room seemed updated furniture and bed and had like a barn sliding. Door for the bathroom and the shower was amazing. The showerhead system that it had it had like a rain shower head with a bunch of other settings. That spray water at you from the front, or it had a hose hook up, or it rained down on you. Very nice shower and the bathroom seemed renovated and upgraded. So there was like, just minor...

"The building is old and the exterior shows it. However, the room had been updated and was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint was that the air conditioner was also an old unit that was loud and slightly damp/moldy smelling. Breakfast was so-so. It would be good if they added a small fridge with yogurt."

"We were in town for a concert and needed to check-in early. Staff was accommodating, however, we did have to pay an extra $35 to check-in early. I can understand the fee and appreciated being able to so we would not have to leave our concert early. The room was very clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great! Felt very safe and comfortable and would stay again next time I'm in town."

"We enjoyed our stay at Surrey Inn. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The bed was comfortable. It's a very sweet little place. The only thing I disliked was the air conditioner was loud. But it kept us cool enough."

"Disgusting and Completely Unacceptable I would not recommend Comfort Inn Splash Harbor to anyone, especially families with children. We arrived around 1:00 a.m., and because my child was exhausted, we had no choice but to stay. Otherwise, I would have left immediately. The hotel was filthy. The carpets throughout the property were so dirty they appeared black instead of their original red color. There was garbage left by the entrance, and the dining area chairs were visibly stained and dirty....

"My grandson and i stayed here for 2 nights during a baseball tournament at Marshall Park. This was a great places to stay! Very quiet and close to everything you could possibly need. 10 minutes or less from Marshall Park. We will definitely be staying here again if we’re in the area."
