"Would definitely visit again! We had a free room upgrade and it was a significant improvement on the room we had anticipated - thank you very much! The room looked a little tired and so were some of the corridor/stair areas too. Our wasn't perfectly clean - the windows, mirrors and a large crisp was fairly obvious but overall, it was good. "Excellent facilities. Stayed here twice, specifically to enjoy the spa packages on offer, what a lovely way to relax. The bedrooms are very comfortable with bathrooms especially well designed in the Woodlands rooms. Or you can enjoy a more period feel staying in the Manor House. Hotel easily accessible from motorways, in a quiet countryside setting, we especially liked the well designed bathrooms. "Spoilt by young children, around 9/10 years old, not being supervised, running up & down the corridor, kicking doors & generally shouting and swearing until after 11pm. Otherwise good - when we spoke to Amy about it in the morning she was very apologetic and understanding and said it was not a normal thing - apparently some of the adults were in the bar until 11.45pm. After this explanation we will seriously consider staying again when the need arises. "
