"A fantastic hotel, great breakfast, walkable to most places of interest and a great room and most comfortable bed and super helpful and nice staff. "Fine, but not amazing. Some staff very friendly, others less so. Originally given a double room when a twin was booked, told by staff I hadn't booked a double (when I had), though it was dealt with it was made to feel like a massive inconvenience for the member or staff. Couple or bits in the morning room not great, toilet flushing button hanging off wall, needs touching up in places. "
