"The balcony was very cute. Pretty to look out at the snowy trees. The room was very clean. Only concern was the amount of light from the balcony door. I couldnt turn off the balcony light. Pillows were very big tough to get my neck comfortable."

"The staff were so wonderful! I absolutely love the staff at the Ramada they are just so great at their jobs. The room was clean and cozy, however they have got to replace those pullout couches, the bed is terrible to sleep on. You feel every spring, it is so thin and uncomfortable. The fridge in the room buzzed the entire time, and the toilet ran constantly. It made it hard to get a peaceful sleep! But staff were amazing 😊"
