"I have rated two stars only for the location of the property. The property is falling apart, and the signs are visible as you walk through the property. We were given a room and as we walked towards our room the whole corridor was filled with cigarette smoke. The room assigned to us had furniture that had lived its age, no usb ports, charging stations or extra power points. When we made reservation, we had requested a microwave in the room, didn't get it. "83 years old and travelling solo this made me feel very welcome and safe. The room was fantastic and I had my own balcony to have my cocktail on looking at the mountains. Highly recommend."

"Pool and jacuzzi were nice, although they closed too early for us. Especially since it’s no where near any guest rooms. Left a brand new hat in the change room and I was last one out as the pool/hot tub was closed. Called next day after checking out and no hat. Makes me wonder if they clean the change rooms, and if they do, staff there are either not thorough, or they are not honest."

"A really lovely boutique hotel. The rooms have comfy beds and bathrobes. There are lounges with comfy couches in the common areas, the staff are friendly and helpful, and they offer a nice free continental breakfast. I will definitely stay here again."
