"A most distressing and upsetting stay. Upon checking in, we discovered that the elevator was out of order and had to ask a young staff person who showed us where the stairs were so we could carry our bags to our room- we had to ask him if might find the time to help us with our bags (we are in our mid-70s and just came of a 6+ hour drive). Despite the thread-bare chairs, the room did have its charms- lovely view (no amenities). The shower nearly killed me - the water regulator wasn't working...

"The large back patio is really nice to sit out on! Our room didn’t have balcony and the second floor rooms views are blocked by air conditioning outside which was very annoying when we opened the blinds- otherwise it is a super nice place"

"The air conditioning was not working well - we could not get the temperature below 80 F in the room. Kitchen had just one large bowl for salad / food prep. Gym was OK. Staff was friendly, pool and waterslide was awesome, we enjoyed the balcony. The entire area around The Cove was beautiful with lots to do and see. Beautiful walking / biking paths. All shopping amenities very close and convenient. Many choices to eat out including dinner at local wineries. The restaurant right in The Cove...

"It was a nice check in. But when we got there I read on the counter that the pool was closed while we were there. Kids were bummed. The floors need a carpet clean in the rooms. Our 1 year olds knees and feet were black from crawling around the room"

"Nice place and a great price for being so close to downtown. I easily walked to restaurants and breweries. The pool looked nice and many people were enjoying it. The parking spots are narrow in front of the rooms, but I was on a motorcycle so it wasn't an issue."
