"Beautiful rooms, spacious and clean. Fantastic view of the lake. The pool was warm and area was clean. Staff was very friendly and could not help us fast enough if we asked questions. Restaurant was very good we ate there 2 nights in a row. Would highly recommend and will be back. "

"I booked 2 rooms, but when checked in , they didn't know, they thought only 1 room was booked. Also the receptionist answer the phone and have me wait for 3 mins during check in."

"Had a great stay for my sisters bachelorette, hotel was very accommodating in letting us check in early as our flight to Kelowna got in around 10am, we had access to 1 room right away so we could store our bags. They left a bottle of wine and card for my sister to congratulate her. And when we were leaving as we didn’t fly out until 5pm they let us store our bags at the front desk. Rooms were clean, pillows were great. Close to the park, beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend Prestige...
