"We arrived for our star in France, after travelling from England with our 4 children, to realise we had no way of accessing the property. All phone numbers available did not work or there was no answer. We were unable to contact the owner. Some French people from the area tried to help us with phone calls and told us that our booking had been cancelled. This was very distressing and we were left to find alternative accommodation in the evening in a foreign country. Do not book this...
