"Clean and good staff ."

"The room was spacious and clean but the drainage/sinks in the bathroom were smelly. We had to close to bathroom door to avoid sleeping with the unpleasant odour at night. Being a resort property, they charge the hotel guests for renting the snorkeling equipment, which is quite unusual for resort, especially with the price we paid. "

"Second year going to Blend Aqua Club hotel, and it’s still a great place to spend the vacation. Pools and aqua park are great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good. So overall it’s a good value for the money. However this year the shuttle bus was terrible, the bus does one trip every 15-20 mins, which lead to more people waiting then everyone starts pushing and fighting for a seat. "Good sized room, asked for a quieter area as some areas are very busy and noisy with entertainment and water activities. Gym - good range of equipment Service at the beach front including the snack bar/restaurant very good. Italian restaurant - great service and quality of food. Quite challenging to get a reservation for the al a carte restaurants."

"The reception staff’s attitude was not good at all. They were not helpful, and even if you have a reservation, you have to wait for a long time. They don’t answer you or even pay attention to you. "J’ai passé un excellent séjour de deux semaines au Mercure Hurghada et je recommande cet hôtel. L’établissement est très spacieux, avec trois piscines, une belle plage et beaucoup d’espace pour que chacun puisse profiter de ses vacances confortablement.
