We were weary travelers checking in late on a Friday night. Jenn checked us in quickly and was so kind and welcoming it was a great comfort after a long day! Great experience!"

"The AC system could have been better it was mostly warm in the room. The person that check me in wasnt polite or patient to listen to my concerns about payments. The check out staff was better.Room cleanliness was decent.Didnt eat their breakfast.Overall stay was ok!"

"Breakfast could have been better. Waffles were in packages. Scrambled eggs were hard. Muffins on sandwiches were dried. Carpets in the dining area needed cleaning. Rooms were fair. Control of the air conditioner was good."

"The room did not lock, so any one could walk in from the hallway. We happily locked with dead bolts and took our entire luggage and everything with us each day! Looked online and found out this is against the law, to have a door that does not lock. So not staying here again, which is unfortunate because it was a nice hotel. It was very scary knowing the first night anyone could have walked in."

"Location was great for an overnight stop, with a popular sports bar right next door. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very basic."

"I stay at the Atrium for all of my trips to High Point. It is convenient to the University and all area stores and restaurants. My room is always clean and comfortable."

"This place is just ok. The sounds between the rooms is terrible. I could hear every conversation in the room next door so my sleep was quite poor. Also no closets, no amenities, no safe in the room (red flag). The sheets are also not soft and a bit scratchy. Due to the poor noise management, I won't stay here again."
