"I was bringing my family for the first time to India and Rajkot. Our stay at the Marasa Sarovar portico was a memorable one. We had arrived after a very tiring trip and we were exhausted. We arrived in the early hours and although the check in time was 2 pm, the front desk assistant Sourabh made sure we were taken good care of and we had a early check in. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. Very clean hotel and well maintained. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Rooftop restaurant...

"The property was under construction and we were not informed so, it was just not convenient to be there with young family. "

"The location and view was great. However the staff in cafe, housekeeping,etc lacked understanding probably from poor training. The check in experience was horrible as we were assigned room which had not been cleaned yet and had no windows. Aanchal at front desk checked us in and was not apologetic and blank faced. Aakshi and Jiya at front desk finally corrected the situation. Will not stay here again."
