"The check-in process was great, friendly staff person and provided all the information I needed for the stay. After that though it went downhill. the room was clean at first glance, but after that, I realized it was not that clean. The air filters were dirty. The HVAC unit sounded and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The paint looked like it was covering up other issues. Things were broken in the bathroom and room. "Room was clean and spacious, fitness room was great, the Inn was on campus which was great for the purpose of our trip. We did miss the breakfast and dinner option because of the restaurant renovation. "

All common areas were clean and taken care of quickly-through a snowstorm they did everything they could to make sure guests were comfortable and safe! And let me tell you, that parking lot was a bear to navigate initially during the storm and they kept at it to provide safe and cleared spaces. Great Stay for a Comfort Inn experience!"

"I had a beautiful room, cleaned every day. The staff was friendly, and helpful. I was early, and they didn’t charge extra to check in before 4 pm. Available, was a really good full complimentary breakfast every morning. They had a nice gym. Topped off with two bottles of water and two cookies, at check in. "
