"Une chose nous a déplu c’est le bruit du système de chauffage/ climatisation que nous avons mis à Off et il n’a pas cessé de faire du bruit de ventilation. La salle de bain, particulièrement la douche, étaient très petites. Nous étions pourtant dans la section Or au 12 ieme étage à plus de 1200$ la nuit. Cependant tout le reste était parfait !"

"The room couldn’t have been better. We were very comfortable each day of our stay. We were entertained by “Suzanne” and asked her to direct us to the commissary, which she did. She added a delightful surprise to our stay at the hotel. Also, when we informed the front desk that we needed more toilet tissue, they acted on our request immediately. When we mentioned that the water dispenser wasn’t working, the contacted a technician right away. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...
