"Spacious, with balcony. Overlooking Sunworld. Excellent location. It is old, carpets are worn out, also dirty. Other than that value for money. Breakfast was excellent buffet with lots of variety. "

周りは寂れたホテル街のような感じでコンビニは徒歩10分圏内に一つだけ
部屋は綺麗だが扉が閉まらなかったり、アメニティが空っぽだったり居抜きで買った後修理をしていないような状態
1泊1000円程であれば泊まる価値はあるのかもしれない"

"On the Golden Halong website, it states the hotel has a spa, gym, tour desk, room service and bar. It has none of these.
The staff speak minimal english, making it difficult to ask for advice on local attractions, restaurants or shopping.
The location is terrible, no where near the marina that all the tour boats operate out of.
Breakfast is geared towards Chinese and if you want hot food you need to get there at 0630 hours when it opens, however, you then need to contend with all the tour...

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The service was non-existing, no one in the staff was service minded. Me and my friend stayed there for work purposes and ended up leaving early just because of their poor treatment. All the time there we were treated like strangers, no one in the staff knew we were guests, so we were questioned who we were at many times.
