"Our check-in experience at Vinpearl was a bit underwhelming. After a long trip, we expected a smoother arrival, but unfortunately ran into some delays and confusion. "Great hotel, located next to the beach, amazing staff, great spa massage, has a good gym with AC, great breakfast. Internet speed is okay, but is not 250 or 500+ mbps as advertised. It varies based where you are (floor & corner in the room), ranges from 30 to 60 mbps."
