"This apartment hotel is beautiful and the amenities are first class. BUT: 1. No one speaks English, not even the managers 2. You cannot book food to your room AND you cannot use their credit card machine because it asks for a 6 pin and a 4 digit pin will not work. I tried the trick of adding 2 00s to the end but that did not work either. I spent hours trying to a) order in-room breakfast and b) pay for it. I tried to talk to management about it but they do not speak English. Expedia...

"Most of the advertised elements (spa, dining, conference rooms) are not completed yet or closed for repairs. Hotel was <5% occupied when we were there, and the limited staff were using the hotel for other commercial activities. We left after one night. We recommend avoiding this property. "

Just pick up the phone and a robot will bring you extra soap or coffee pods! And the in-person staff were always friendly and professional. Old school (but totally modern) and highly recommended."
