"This is one of the best hotels to stay in that is fairly near the Pyramid complex. I didn't bother with the cheap hotels, and it was all worth it! The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was good. The pool was a refreshing break in-between touring the hot, bustling city. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I would come back here again!"

"This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Cairo. The staff ia incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are big, nice and clean. The breakfast was great. "The staff were excellent and food in restaurant and room service were brilliant. The room is on a noisy street and the double glazed windows did not shut out all the noise . But it was tolerable would not deter us from going back to stay there again . The toilets are in need of a bit of iupgrade e.g there was a contant lingering smell in the tiolet, the tiolet seat is not soft closing the toilet basin itslelf got blocked twice but was dealt with immediately. So all in all a nicevpkace to stay...

"Everything was excellent except one staff member who spoke to me with arrogance throughout my stay. He is at the front desk and his name is Ramses or something similar. When I first checked in he spoke to me with an arrogant tone and I was met with the same tone upon checkout. I didn't appreciate his attitude. Othe than that the hotel is what you would expect for that type of hotel. Other staff are friendly and helpful. "
