"Access to the spa is world class, very nice and clean sauna, hammam, and plunge pool. The room was very nice as well. At the time of my stay there were improvements being undertaken. Never encountered construction noise but evidence of building/remodeling were common. Seemed like a positive sign to me."

"This is a tricky one as there were some parts which were truly amazing and other parts which were really bad! The amazing parts were the location, the service and the breakfast. The rooms were well equipped and had everything we needed as a young family. The staff were very nice and helpful. There was parking which was useful and the location was fantastic. La habitación estaba sucia, la maleta estaba tirada en el suelo para que la tiraras a la basura, las sábanas olían mal y estaban secas, e incluso tenías que ponerlas tú mismo en la cama; no hicieron nada al respecto.
