"I loved it. Comfortable room and bed. Excellent food. Friendly and helpful staff. Glorious spa and 2 free activities. Indoor and outdoor pools. Overlooking the beach. Short walk to town centre. Some say it needs an external paint job and it does. But that did not spoil my visit. "

"Charming hotel in a lovely area. There was so much to do within a 3-10 minute walk of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, fresh food market, beach, etc. The room was very comfortable for 3 people. The bathroom was quite large with a nice shower. AC was a bonus, as was the mini fridge. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful in multiple languages. If you have mobility issues, know that you cannot drive up to the entrance. And the elevator is really tiny so we mostly...

"Nous avons été bien...! La salle de bain un peu style caravane des années 70. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant ! L'hôtel est d'une autre époque...épuisé...sauf les distributeurs automatiques un peu trop chers...un seule dispositif de paiement pour les deux distributeurs...il fallait trouver...! Bon rapport qualité prix ! Le bâtiment a été amorti ! Il faudrait tout détruire et le refaire à neuf. L'accueil de nuit automatique ne fonctionne pas correctement...!"

"Personnel extrêmement gentil Belle restauration du bâtiment Biarritz une ville magnifique facile à visiter à partir de l hôtel Deux petits bémols; bruyant étage 0 chambre 025 et sèche serviette non fonctionnel Nous venons de passer 6 jours à votre hébergement d urrugue. Une telle cure de rajeunissement y serait souhaitable!"
