"I loved it. Comfortable room and bed. Excellent food. Friendly and helpful staff. Glorious spa and 2 free activities. Indoor and outdoor pools. Overlooking the beach. Short walk to town centre. Some say it needs an external paint job and it does. But that did not spoil my visit. "

"Charming hotel in a lovely area. There was so much to do within a 3-10 minute walk of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, fresh food market, beach, etc. The room was very comfortable for 3 people. The bathroom was quite large with a nice shower. AC was a bonus, as was the mini fridge. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful in multiple languages. If you have mobility issues, know that you cannot drive up to the entrance. And the elevator is really tiny so we mostly...

Côté négatif : Hôtel situé dans une zone commerciale mais pour une étape, ce n'est pas important. Le prix très conséquent pour ce type d'hôtel mais de toute façon, il n'y a pas beaucoup mieux aux alentours."

"What a great place to stay! We stayed here to rest half way through a family trip driving from the UK to Spain. I cannot fault this hotel and the staff are very accommodating. Laurent sorted out early check in with no fuss and even booked us a restaurant in Biarritz for dinner."

"I love the firm bed, buffet food is delicious especially the basket of fruits, walking distance to the grocery. Close to the train station and old town as long as you don't mind walking. Snacks and coffee machine open for 24hours is great!"

J’apprécie le parking, La piscine et est complètement adapté aux animaux de compagnie qui sont les bienvenus. en effet, on peut constater quelques signes de vétusté mais ils ne sont pas majeurs en ce qui concerne mon appartement. je remercie la direction de m’avoir surclassé. L’établissement est adapté aux séjours en solo ou familial."

"Venus voir notre fille sur Biarritz cet hôtel était proche de son domicile la chambre spacieuse même si un petit rafraîchissement surtout au niveau de la dalle de bains serait le bienvenu. Le personnel est très aimable et souriant et disponible Pour notre début de séjour nous étions arrivés à 13h45 notre chambre disponible pas avant 15h on est venu nos chercher à notre voiture pour nous prévenir que notre chambre était prête Parfait Il manque un peu d'insonorisation mais bon Hôtel bien placé...
